All lines offered on this list are offered subject to availability.
Prices are quoted in £ sterling per bottle/case, excluding Vat.
A case consists of one dozen 75cl bottles; one dozen litres, or
six magnums unless otherwise stated. All wines are bottled in their
country of origin. Prices quoted are subject to alteration without
notice, although every effort will be made to inform customers prior
to any increases.
The Statutory rights of the consumer are not affected.

We guarantee the quality of every wine on this list. If for any reason
you do not enjoy wines purchased from ourselves, then please return
them to us for a full refund or credit. Our liability is limited to
the guarantees of our suppliers. |

| We accept: Cash; Cheques; Bankers Draft; Visa; Mastercard;
American Express; Diners Club, Switch and Delta with order, or on
delivery only when delivered by our own transport.
Credit facilities may be arranged subject to references being taken
and accepted. However, the first two orders are always on a cash
basis. Established credit customers are given until the fifteenth
of the month following date of invoice to pay. Overdue accounts
will be surcharged at 1.5% per month. We regret that any cheques
not clearing on presentation will be surcharged by £ 20.00.

All prices include delivery within our own transport area, which is
a radius of 50 miles from Corby Glen.
All other mainland UK addresses, for multiples of twelve bottles,
which may be mixed, are £ 5.00 per delivery except Northern Ireland
& Offshore Islands which are surcharged at £ 10.00 per delivery.
The majority of orders are despatched within twenty-four hours of
receiving your order and payment. All wines are sent out on a 24 hour
guaranteed delivery service. All deliveries have to be signed for.
Any consequential loss is limited to the value of the goods despatched.
If recipients are not available to sign for the goods an alternative
date must be arranged with the carrier. |

We despatch wines and tailor-made gifts all year round for corporate
clients. They make ideal gifts for reward schemes or special events.
We can also include your own card, or can have glasses, wines and
packaging overprinted with your company logo or message. Food & wine
gifts are handled by our sister company, Hay
Hampers Ltd, at the same address. |

 We
now have the facility to produce own labels in very small or large
quantities. Alternatively we can have wines silk-screened for you.

We also publish a regular list of fine and rare wines for drinking
or investment. This list is available on request. We will be pleased
to advise on investment portfolios in fine wines and vintage port,
and value your existing stocks free of charge.
We
will also purchase fine wines from you or sell them on your behalf
on a 10% commission basis. Insurance together with In Bond or Cellar
storage is also available.
